There are two ways to get OS and application templates installed on Virtuozzo hardware node:
1. You may use `vzup2date -t` utility to download and install OS and application templates from SWsoft Virtuozzo repository. The repository server and login credentials are defined in the /etc/sysconfig/vzup2date/vzup2date.conf file on a node. The default Virtuozzo repository is vzup2date.swsoft.com. Login credentials for repository should be obtained through your SWsoft sales representative.
2. You may download all needed templates from SWsoft FTP server ftp://downloads.swsoft.com/templates and install them manually on a node. Templates are usual RPM packages and may be installed using command like:
rpm -ihv TEMPLATE_NAME.rpm
rpm -ihv TEMPLATE_NAME.rpm
rpm -ihv TEMPLATE_NAME.rpm
rpm -ihv TEMPLATE_NAME.rpm
rpm -ihv TEMPLATE_NAME.rpm

As Chris Hartjes points out there’s a new release of the popular PHP framework CakePHP (as well as a new web site design).
You can grab the latest download directly from the homepage or look into the manual to find out more about the framework and how it can be used.
Alienazione

Music that paints…
elegant portraits of true stories…
care and sensitivity in describing images, people…. lightly brushing,
leaving to you the task of
imagining places and faces…
electro icicles mixed with warm classical guitars, synths, atmospheres
underlined with a fresh voice,
emotional, that accompanies the fragrant sonic settings, creating
the threads of this pattern
that floats between the past and the future,
between liquid crystals and soft lights…
Gian Nicola Libardi and Mikos Marsilli first gave life to this project in January 2006 with the release of their ep Identita’: a collection of tracks written during the preceeding years which served as a presentation. The ep was well received notwithstanding the fact that it was home-produced and contained a number of live recordings, as is demonstrated by the glowing Rockerilla review and the interest of Tommaso Bianchi who was to become the project’s producer. Since then the group has dedicated its time to the research of a sonic and compositive identity which gives prominence and importance to the lyrics, to emotions, to colours, to fragrances, to people… From this comes the sound of “Alienazione”, like colours on a canvas, like everyday people who become the heroes of our stories.

It’s said that there are some pricing information spread around on the HP’s first Windows Home server machine, the MediaSmart Home Server. There will be 500GB HP MediaSmart EX470 (GG795AA#ABA) and 1TB HP MediaSmart EX475 (GG796AA#ABA) variants. Both systems will be powered by a 64-bit (and therefore WHS v2 compatible) 1.8GHz AMD Sempron processor and come bundled with HP’s bundled Photo Webshare software, including direct links to Snapfish (HP’s Photo Printing partner). The 1Tb system appears to be configured as 2 x 500Gb hard disks, leaving 2 of the system’s 4 drive bays free for extra storage (as well as the 4 free external USB 2.0 ports). The EX470 is configured as 1 x 500Gb, with three free internal bays for future expansion.
OnSale.com, PC Mall and Best Buy all listed the 1TB EX475 at $749, while the 500GB EX470 appears to be set at $599. Amazon also listed both models without pricing, so it looks like we’ll have these in our hot little hands soon.
